By visiting this site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use the site after we do means you accept the change.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to buy from us. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks any law in your jurisdiction.
We make small batches by hand. Colors, viscosity, heat level and fill can vary slightly from bottle to bottle, and screens show color differently, so a product may not look exactly like its photograph. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.
Our products are food. Heat is subjective and some of our sauces are very hot. Read the ingredients before eating if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, and keep hot sauce away from eyes and away from small children. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable household quantities. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so we can fill your order and reach you if something goes wrong.
Occasionally information on this site contains a typo, an inaccuracy or an omission, including a wrong price or a wrong description. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an affected order, even after it has been submitted, and to refund it.
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms are in our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Wholesale orders placed through Faire are governed by Faire's terms in addition to these.
The text, photographs, recipes, logos and designs on this site belong to Bull City Pepper Co. You may share and link to them. You may not resell them, use them to sell something else, or use our name, logos or product names in a way that suggests we endorse a product we do not.
If you send us a review, a photo, a recipe or a comment, you give us permission to use, edit and publish it without payment, and you confirm it is yours to send and does not break anyone else's rights. We are not obliged to publish anything, and we may remove content we consider inappropriate.
This site links to other sites we do not control, such as our Faire store and our social accounts. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bull City Pepper Co. and its members from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site.
