We are two people in Durham. We would rather fix a problem than argue about one, so if something is wrong with your order, email us at bullcitypeppercompany@gmail.com and a person will write back.
If a bottle arrives broken, the wrong item shows up, or something is missing from the box, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, your choice. Do not ship it back. Sending a broken glass bottle across the country costs more than the bottle.
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can give you a return address. Return shipping is on you, and the refund covers the product, not the original shipping. We refund within 5 business days of the bottles arriving back.
Opened food cannot be returned, which is standard for anything you eat. That said, if a sauce is not right, tell us anyway. We have been making this since 2017 and we would rather hear it than not.
Email us and we will cancel and refund in full, as long as it has not gone out the door. We pack quickly, so do not wait on it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes another 3 to 10 business days to show it.
Sale items are refundable on the same terms as everything else. Gift cards are not refundable.
