Anywhere in the United States, by USPS. We do not ship internationally yet. USPS delivers to PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses, so those work.
USPS rates are calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and where it is going, so you pay actual postage and nothing on top.
Orders over $35 ship free.
We pack orders here in Durham, and most go out within 2 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made. From there USPS usually takes 2 to 5 business days in the Southeast and up to about 7 further out.
We are a two-person operation. If we are at a market or a festival, an order might sit a day longer. If you need something by a particular date, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Our sauces are shelf stable and travel fine in the heat. Nothing melts.
Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will happily send it out again once the postage is covered.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Do not ship a broken bottle back. Full terms are in our return and refund policy.
Wholesale orders go through our Faire Direct store, which handles its own shipping terms.
