Bull City Pepper Co. founded in 2017 by four friends that grew
up in The Triangle. It took us a little over a year and 40 iterations
to arrive at our gourmet, Rambunctious Red hot sauce.

We start our pepper plants indoors in Durham, then finish the growing process at Maple Spring Gardens in Cedar Grove, NC.

Finally, we prepare and package each small batch of sauce at
The Piedmont Food Processing Center.

Rambunctious Red is intentionally mild and approachable, meant to be enjoyed as a fresher, fuller table sauce option to be enjoyed with all of the same foods you use to eat with Tabasco, Cholula, Crystal, and Texas Pete. We have MUCH hotter products coming down the pipe, but for now, we wanted to make sure everyone could easily enjoy our first offering. You will taste over a quarter pound of our signature peppers in every bottle!
